It would be great if the app could be removed from the dock and always show in the menu bar! Great app design and loving it!

This app really should be designed to run only in the menu bar and not clutter the dock with an extra unneeded icon.

Please add the ability to change app startup order

Currently, it is not possible to rearrange the order in which programs are being started. This would be highly appreciated, if it was possible!
