How to map individual Google Chrome Windows to each desktop on three different monitor

I have Triple Monitor Setup with each monitor has multiple MacOS Desktops. I have several Google Chrome Windows which i manually assign to desktops on each monitor.
For eg : All Chrome windows related to my YouTube Project will go desktop on Monitor 1.
All my Master Degree Project windows goes to desktop on Monitor 2
